What are the printing turn around times?
Business Cards: Digital Business Cards 1 to 3 working days, Offset Paper Cards: 5 working days
Plastic and other Specialty: 10 to 14 days
Flyers and Stationery: 5 to 7 working days
Magnets: Up to 14 working days (printed in gang run once a week)
Poster & Banners: 3 to 5 working days
Stickers: Digital 3 to 5 working days, Offset up to 10 working days
These turn around times are a guide only. There is always exceptions and very high peak periods. Digital Jobs can be turned around within 24 hours for our client who need their items in a hurry. These are charged at a different rate.
How will I know when my parcel is on the way?
We will guide you every step of the way from the start of the job right through to the end. An email confirming dispatch will be sent to you to advise you that your parcel is on the way.
How long does artwork take?
Each and every job offers it's own special requirements. We always try to have your artwork to you within 48 hours, however workflows do vary and you will be advised right from the start the turn around time for your requirements. All edits and alterations may take another day or so depending on the complexity and the amount of alterations we need to make.
When supplying my own artwork What format should it be in?
Please see the specifications in the DESIGN & SPECS section, it is essential you adhere to the guidelines or we cannot guarantee the end result, we are pleased to give you assistance and pointers free of charge however if we need to make edits to the final version a small fee will apply.
How much does delivery cost?

How do I place my orders?
Just go to the section your product is listed in and there is a always a a section that says click here to order, you will then be directed to the shopping cart, all orders are placed through easy to use PayPal, it is safe, secure and fast, you do not need to be a member to use PayPal.
What do I do if I am re-ordering?
We keep all your artwork on file for re-ordering, when you are in the shopping cart and you are filling out your details please leave us a note in the section where you can comment that you are re-ordering, minor edits are free of charge.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We are happy when you are happy, however because no two orders are alike we will need to establish where the error has originated from to solve the problem, ie re print, refund etc, however it is important that prior to approving your artwork you have read our terms and conditions.
Our money back guarantee assumes that the client has adhered to our terms & conditions and that the end result was not consistent with the client's approval.
